So I built my practice around one promise: you will never sign blind. I spent my career in service. Real estate is how I keep serving.

I'm relocating to the Triad on military orders. Where do I start?

We start with your timeline and your orders. As a Military Relocation Professional I map your PCS window to a realistic home search, walk you through VA loan basics, and handle the moving pieces so you can focus on the transition.

Do you help first-time buyers understand the whole process?

Yes. You get a clear buyer roadmap up front: pre-approval, search, offer, survey, inspection, due diligence and closing. You will always know what comes next and why it matters.

What due diligence should every buyer do before closing?

At minimum a property survey and a home inspection, even on new construction, plus a review of the title and any covenants. I learned how much these protect a buyer the hard way, so I never let a client skip them.

Do you work with sellers and investors too?

I do. I represent buyers, sellers and investors across the Triad, with the same transparent, detail-driven approach for each.
